In 1962, by the passion of Domenico Gaudio for good things, the Gaudio oil mill was born.

Located at the foot of the village of San Marco Argentano, in the central part of the province of Cosenza, on a hilltop of the western side of the Paola chain, on the isthmic road connecting the two seas, to the center of an area mainly cultivated by olive trees where the cultivar roggianella (rod) makes her a master.
