The Pascuzzi oil mill was born in the late 1960s in Sersale (CZ) as a small local reality where the idea of creating a special olive oil was already strong. Calabria is a fertile land, its oil is famous because the olives are native cultivars that guarantee unique olfactory and gustatory characteristics.
Our mill, after an initial phase that saw the exclusive wholesale sale, is now ready for the strong retail sale of the Olio di Calabria PGI brand and the possibility offered by the digital market to facilitate direct purchase by the end customer .
A rigorous disciplinary regulates all the processing of our PGI Calabrian oil. Our mill works in a particularly generous area for the production of olives and has a team dedicated to each production segment in full compliance with the PGI specifications.
