We are a family farm that draws on the traditions of the area and the culture that has its roots in a past that we jealously guarded. With this fundamental concept that we combine with a true passion for our business, we maintain our history as a company that today, as in the past, continues to work in the field of breeding and agriculture.
For this reason, we respect those values that have always been part of our family even if we manage to project them towards the future through a constant updating of production dynamics. We do not want to lose knowledge that has matured over time, but neither do we want to remain shortsighted in the face of the innovations that technology offers us and that facilitate work, structuring it for the best. We are very attentive to what are the raw materials we use to make our artisan products such as cheeses, mozzarella, ricotta and provola which must be genuine and keep intact the flavors of the past. For this reason, our dairy herd represents an inexhaustible source of supply for which we are fully responsible. Even if our company exploits the possible technologies of today, the care and passion we put into our work are exactly the same as in the past where, in our place, there were our parents and before them the their parents.
