
Sorbara in Cittanova was born from the merger of two realities in the area. This is the Sorbara di Cittanova bakery and pastry shop, founded in 1920 by Pasquale Sorbara and run by subsequent generations, up to the present day, continuing the tradition of quality over the years. Today it is managed by Domenico Sorbara who since 2015 has been pursuing the innovative idea of producing baked goods for celiacs and those intolerant to lactose and yeast. Sorbara in Novigrad is the kingdom of those looking for genuine, organic and gluten-free baked goods. Inside the shop there is also a cafeteria, where you can enjoy an excellent coffee accompanied by all the baked goods that release aromas and flavors that make the start of the day special. Inside the store, a space has been set up for consumption at the tables.
