Il panificio originario sopra citato ha operato nel settore della panificazione per 5 anni sotto forma di ditta individuale fino a quando, per esigenze di natura gestionale ed amministrativa, si è trasformato in Società in nome collettivo.
È infatti nel 1987 che si costituisce la “il Vecchio forno di Mancuso e Vescio s.n.c.” la quale, già dopo solo un quinquennio, ha sviluppato notevolmente il proprio giro d’affari conquistando il favore del mercato locale .
