Quando si tratta di mobili, non puntiamo mai alla semplice vendita ma offriamo un servizio di consulenza e di progettazione perché siamo convinti che sia sempre e comunque l’abitazione che da valore al mobile e non il contrario, perché non si ha necessariamente una bella casa mettendo assieme tanti pezzi firmati.

Per questo concepiamo l’idea nuova del Negozio d’Arredamento come luogo dove l’accurato studio degli spazi precede sempre la scelta dei mobili e dove il design è valorizzato dalla progettazione degli ambienti.

C’è chi, e sono molti, si rivolge a noi già in fase di progettazione perché ha capito la forte interdipendenza tra la scelta dell’arredamento e tutto ciò che sta attorno: i pavimenti, le tinteggiature e così via.
Spesso ci viene affidato il coordinamento dei lavori partendo dalla casa al grezzo e noi interveniamo sia utilizzando gli artigiani di fiducia del committente che, eventualmente, sopperendo con nostri professionisti.

Il risultato finale è la consegna, chiavi in mano, al cliente della casa che vuole avendo fatto insieme l’intero percorso. Un percorso, questo, completo, perché Lemani casa progetta tutti gli ambienti: la cucina, le zone giorno e notte, il bagno, gli spazi esterni ed anche gli uffici. Cura poi l’illuminazione e l’impiantistica.

Tanto che a rivolgersi a Lemani casa non sono solo i clienti finali, ma anche molti architetti, che riconoscono il valore del know-how offerto dal negozio e dai suoi giovani ed esperti titolari che, con la loro filosofia di lavoro, hanno conquistato anche i propri fornitori.

The "Labo-store" in Catanzaro Lido is a place where the design studio "merges" with a space full of contemporary furnishing accessories, design lighting, furnishings of the most prestigious brands of Italian and international design.
A small large space inside which you can open the doors of infinite furnishing solutions.

When it comes to furniture, we never aim at simple sales but we offer a consultancy and planning service because we are convinced that it is always and in any case the house that gives value to furniture and not the opposite, because we do not necessarily have a nice home putting together many signed pieces.

For this reason we conceive the new idea of ​​the Furniture Shop as a place where the careful study of the spaces always precedes the choice of furniture and where design is enhanced by the design of the rooms.

There are those, and there are many, who turn to us already in the planning stage because they understood the strong interdependence between the choice of furniture and everything that surrounds it: the floors, the painting and so on.
Often we are entrusted with the coordination of the work starting from the house to the rough and we intervene both using the craftsmen of the client's trust and, possibly, replacing it with our professionals.

The end result is turnkey delivery to the customer of the house he wants, having done the whole journey together. A path, this, complete, because Lemani casa designs all the environments: the kitchen, the living and sleeping areas, the bathroom, the outdoor spaces and even the offices. He then took care of the lighting and the plant engineering.
