Palazzo Marzano è il risultato di un'attenta ristrutturazione e di un
accurato restauro che l'ha riportato al suo antico splendore. I colori delle
pareti e dei tendaggi, l'arredamento raffinato degli interni e delle camere da
letto sono stati scelti accuratamente cercando di riprodurre lo stile e le
tonalità originarie dell'epoca. Struttura di alto livello, elegantemente

Comfort

L'hotel è composto da quattordici camere
doppie o doppie ad uso singola, tutte finemente arredate e dotate di
aria climatizzata, asciugacapelli, tv, frigobar, cassaforte
e telefono. Le camere, ampie e luminose, sono
particolarmente confortevoli e rispondenti ad ogni esigenza. Sono
inoltre disponibili camere attrezzate con servizi per portatori di
handicap.

Per gli incontri di lavoro siamo dotati di una sala
convegni per i rendez-vous di grande interesse e di una saletta
riunioni per gli appuntamenti quotidiani. Entrambe le sale
sono dotate di attrezzature tecniche audio e video.

All'esterno il patio e una piscina, serviti dal bar e dalla
sala ristorante.

Bellissima spiaggia attrezzata con ombrelloni e sdraio
per ciascuna camera a circa 1 km dalla struttura, raggiungibile
comodamente anche a piedi.

Esiste, inoltre, la possibilità di effettuare, con agenzie del
luogo, mini crociere alle Isole Eolie con partenze dalle

Nato dal progetto di far rivivere e dare nuova luce alle
strutture legate alla vita di un tempo e dalla passione e dall’attenzione di
Giovan Battista ed Anna Marzano, l’agriturismo Feudo di Villa Anticaglia sorge
su un altopiano della campagna calabrese in una delle più antiche proprietà
della famiglia.Della storia del Feudo e delle sue strutture è memoria in antichi
registri che ne testimoniano l’esistenza e la trasmissione ereditaria già nel
1787. Il Feudo, che si estende per oltre tre ettari, fa parte di un’azienda
agricola che supera i sessanta ettari ed ospita, oltre allo storico e singolare
castelletto da caccia, numerose dependances ed un antico frantoio, che si
articolano fra frutteti e secolari ulivi, tra i quali è delizioso passeggiare
per immergersi nei colori, nei profumi e nei gusti più diversi della mutevole
campagna. Gli ospiti, se lo desiderano, potranno inoltre godere della memoria
storica dei proprietari e del loro piccolo museo che ospita oggetti, sia
preziosi sia usuali, del tempo che fu.

CONFORT

L’agriturismo offre camere di diverse tipologie abitative arredate
con gusto classico e dotate di ogni confort anche per persone
diversamente abili.

RISTORANTE

La sala, che può ospitare fino a 250 persone, è nata dal recupero
dell’antica cantina e dell’annesso pagliaio e vanta un mirabile
tetto in legno con architravi a vista.

Si presta sia per simposi conviviali che per cerimonie ed ha la
possibilità di ampliarsi nel vasto giardino circostante.

Qui sarà possibile gustare una cucina fedele agli antichi sapori,
realizzata prediligendo quei piatti che utilizzano ciò che viene
coltivato e lavorato nell’azienda, dagli ortaggi ai salumi, dai
formaggi ai vini, dagli agrumi alle conserve ed ai liquori rosolii.

SVAGO

I nostri ospiti potranno, su richiesta, partecipare a visite guidate
in fattoria didattica e ampliare le proprie conoscenze partecipando
a corsi di:

-ricamo ed uncinetto

-essiccazione fiori

-cucina tipica calabrese

-preparazione conserve e marmellate

-preparazione liquori e rosolii.

Secondo la stagione sarà consentito partecipare ad alcune attività
dell’azienda quali vendemmia, molitura olive.

Sono possibili degustazioni dei prodotti dell’agriturismo e locali.

I proprietari saranno disponibili ad illustrare ai loro ospiti i
migliori percorsi per trekking e gite fuori porta.

The rooms, large and sunny, are really comfortable and can
satisfy every need.

large audience, while we have a meeting room for
daily appointments.

Both rooms are equipped with audiovisual equipment.

The Restaurant room offers to its guests the possibility to
taste the best specialities of regional and national cuisine,
all prepared with care and only with high quality products.

Inside you will find a welcoming bar and billiards, for your moments
of relaxation and leisure.

Outside a patio and a swimming pool, with bar and restaurant
room.

A wonderful beach equipped with beach umbrellas and chairs
for each room, 1 kilometre from the hotel, that can be
easily reached on foot.

We offer also, short cruises to the Eolie Islands
with the travel agencies of the environs, with departure from the
neighbouring towns Vibo Marina and Tropea.

 

 

 

 

The farmhouse of Feudo di Villa Anticaglia was founded by
Giovan Battista and Anna Marzano who enthusiastically and carefully pursued
their objective to revive the facilities connected with the life in the old
times. The farmhouse is located on a plateau in Calabria’s countryside and is
one the oldest properties belonging to the family.

The history of the estate and its facilities is recorded in ancient registers
which bear witness to their existence and hereditary transmission already in
1787. The estate has a surface area of more than three hectares and forms part
of a farm with a surface area of more than sixty hectares. It includes a small
hunting castle, many dependences and an old oil mill which are surrounded by
orchards and century-old olive trees. The farm is then a perfect location to
have a walk immersed in the different colours, smells and tastes of the
ever-changing countryside. Guests can also enjoy the owners’ memories of the
past and visit their small museum hosting both valuables and objects of everyday
use dating back to the old times.

COMFORTS

The farmhouse offers different kinds of rooms which are all
furnished in a classic style and equipped with all comforts also for
differently able people.

RESTAURANT

The restaurant hosts up to 250 people and is the result of the
renovation of the old cellar and barn. It features a beautiful
wooden ceiling with exposed beams.

The restaurant is the ideal location for dinners, banquets and
ceremonies which can take place in the large garden as well.

It serves traditional dishes which are prepared preferably with
ingredients of our own production from vegetables to salumi, from
cheese to wine, from citrus fruits to preserves and rosolio liqueurs.

ACTIVITIES

On request our guests can join guided tours in the didactic farm and
broaden their knowledge and skills by attending the following
courses:

-embroidering and crocheting

-flower drying

-cooking typical Calabrian dishes

-preparing preserves and jams

-preparing liqueurs and rosolio.

According to the season guests can join farm activities such as
grape harvesting and olive milling.

Tastings of farm and local products are also available.

The owners can provide guests with useful information about the best
hiking tracks and excursions.
