La nostra azienda “De Fazio dal 1967” nasce nel 1967 a Sersale come bar gelateria e pasticceria. É una piccola azienda a conduzione familiare, poi negli anni a venire con l’arrivo dei figli Francesco e Antonio che decidono di specializzarsi nel settore promovendo la famosa “Pittanchiusa” diventata negli anni un prodotto molto richiesto nel periodo natalizio affiancata poi dal torroncino e dal panettone artigianale.
Mentre in estate viene prodotto il Gelato artigianale mantenendo sempre la stessa tradizione di un prodotto genuino mediante la pastorizzazione del latte e utilizzando prodotti di eccellenza quali frutta fresca e frutta secca prodotti esclusivamente nel nostro territorio ( SUD ) una Pasticceria che vanta tutta la bontà dei suoi prodotti creati con arte e dedizione e alla valorizzazione del nostro territorio che esercita in particolar modo una gastronomia di eccellenza a livello nazionale e internazionale.

Our company "De Fazio dal 1967" was born in 1967 in Sersale as an ice cream bar and pastry shop. It is a small family-run business, then in the years to come with the arrival of their sons Francesco and Antonio who decide to specialize in the sector by promoting the famous "Pittanchiusa" which over the years has become a very popular product during the Christmas period, flanked by nougat and artisan panettone.
While in the summer artisanal ice cream is produced, always maintaining the same tradition of a genuine product by pasteurizing the milk and using excellent products such as fresh fruit and dried fruit produced exclusively in our area (SOUTH), a pastry shop that boasts all the goodness of its products created with art and dedication and to the enhancement of our territory which in particular exercises a gastronomy of excellence at national and international level.
