Il Miele di Aristomaco è una giovanissima azienda di apicoltura,ubicata nel comune di Castrolibero, ma fondata nel 2014 a Marano Marchesato, che produce pregiatissime qualità di miele. Tale azienda è stata fondata e curata da Carlo Piro, Laureando in Ing. Meccanica, che per hobby, nel 2011, ha iniziato a ripristinare alcune arnie abbandonate nel giardino di casa dal fratello Leonardo.

Carlo nel 2011 acquista le sue prime famiglie api, affascinato da quel mondo bellissimo e misterioso che è l’apicoltura. Riesce a trasmettere il suo interesse per il mondo delle api al suo amico Francesco insieme creano una società fittizia.

Nel giro di pochi mesi, i due amici, bruciando le tappe allevano più famiglie di api, producendo, nell’anno 2011, poche decine di kg di miele uniflorali adottando la pratica del nomadismo. Entusiasta di questa esperienza Carlo, da solo, inizia a costruirsi più arnie, legge molti libri sull’argomento, fa continue ricerche e, finalmente , arrivano le prime soddisfazioni , quell’anno produce qualche quintale di miele.

Tra il 2012 e il 2013, il futuro ingegnere, acquistando l’attrezzatura necessaria, costruisce in maniera estremamente professionale, 31 arnie da nomadismo di ultima generazione incrementando la produzione intorno a 1000 kg.

Carlo Piro (detto Aristeo) inizia ad investire sempre di più ed a moltiplicare le sue operaie arrivando ad avere attualmente poco meno di 100 alveari, Oggi Carlo ha una piccola azienda,”Il Miele di Aristomaco” il suo sogno si è avverato.

Nell’anno 2015 l’azienda conta diverse centinaia di alveari. L’attività nata come “Il Miele di Aristeo” é stata costretta, per problemi di omonimia con un’ altra azienda, a modificare la ragione sociale chiamandosi Attualmente “Il Miele di Aristomaco”.

Fra il 2017 e il 2018 l’azienda cambia sede ubicandosi nei capannoni di sua proprietà, dove alla terza generazione fa imprenditoria .

Nel 2019 il Gruppo Aristomaco si apre a nuove frontiere, fonda una nuova società per la produzione di miele biologico: IPR Miele SS

Il Miele di Aristomaco is a very young beekeeping company, located in the municipality of Castrolibero, but founded in 2014 in Marano Marchesato, which produces high quality honey. In 2011 Carlo bought his first bee families, fascinated by that beautiful and mysterious world that is beekeeping. He manages to convey his interest in the world of bees to his friend Francesco, together they create a fictitious company.

Within a few months, the two friends, by forging ahead, raise more families of bees, producing, in 2011, a few tens of kilograms of unifloral honey by adopting the practice of nomadism. Enthusiastic about this experience, Carlo, alone, begins to build more hives, reads many books on the subject, does continuous research and, finally, the first satisfactions arrive, that year he produces a few tons of honey.

Between 2012 and 2013, the future engineer, by purchasing the necessary equipment, builds 31 latest generation nomadic beehives in an extremely professional manner, increasing production to around 1000 kg.

Carlo Piro (known as Aristeo) begins to invest more and more and to multiply his workers, arriving at presently having just under 100 beehives. Today Carlo has a small company, "Aristomaco's Honey" his dream has come true.

In 2015, the company had several hundred hives. The business born as "Aristeo's Honey" was forced, due to homonymy problems with another company, to change the company name and currently call itself "Aristomach's Honey".

Between 2017 and 2018, the company changed its headquarters, locating itself in its own warehouses, where the third generation does entrepreneurship.

In 2018 the company offers new services: Honey processing for third parties.
In 2019 the Aristomaco Group opens up to new frontiers, establishes a new company for the production of organic honey: IPR Miele SS
