"La Basiliana" che prende il nome dai monaci basiliani che utilizzavano le vicine cave nell'antichità.
Con passione e dedizione portano avanti da alcuni anni l'attività mantenendo immutate le caratteristiche di un casolare rurale del '700 immerso nella natura conservando ancora i tratti di un luogo antico e senza tempo.
Vogliono regalare ai loro ospiti autentici momenti di relax degustando buona cucina, genuina e biologica, a base di ingredienti scelti e di qualità provenienti della loro coltivazioni e allevamenti. Alla Basiliana potrete degustare tutti i piatti tipici della tradizione calabrese rivisitati con sapienza dagli chef di casa Carlo Alberto e Carmen; il tutto ammirando il panorama mozzafiato a bordo della piscina, che di sera, illuminata, offre un atmosfera davvero seducente.
Per gli ospiti che desiderano rimanere più giorni sono a disposizione al piano superiore tre camere dotate di tutti i comfort.
Gite a cavallo, partite a bocce, bagni in piscina e letture sotto la frescura degli ulivi secolari, sono solo alcune delle attività rilassanti che potrete decidere di fare. La localizzazione dell'azienda costituisce una ottima base di partenza per gite in giornata nell'entroterra; la sila ,che dista pochi chilometri, ne è un ottimo esempio.
Dal promontorio sul quale è localizzata la proprietà la vista si estende a perdita d'occhio , attraverso la verdeggiante vallata, fino allo splendido e cristallino mar ionio dove potrete passare splendide giornate al mare.
Visitabili in giornata anche la famosa località "Le castella" e Santa Severina che è famosa per il suo splendido e ben conservato castello della rocca. Ma sono molti altri i motivi che potranno condurvi qui, in questo borgo perso nel tempo,...lo scoprirete solo visitandoci.

"La Basiliana" which takes its name from the Basilian monks who used the nearby quarries in ancient times.
With passion and dedication they have been carrying on the business for some years while maintaining the characteristics of an 18th century rural farmhouse surrounded by nature while still preserving the features of an ancient and timeless place.
They want to give their guests authentic moments of relaxation by tasting good, genuine and organic cuisine, based on selected and quality ingredients from their crops and farms. At the Basiliana you can taste all the typical dishes of the Calabrian tradition expertly revisited by the house chefs Carlo Alberto and Carmen; all while admiring the breathtaking view by the pool, which in the evening, illuminated, offers a truly seductive atmosphere.
For guests wishing to stay several days, three rooms equipped with all comforts are available upstairs.
Horseback riding, bowling, swimming in the pool and reading under the coolness of the centuries-old olive trees are just some of the relaxing activities that you can decide to do. The location of the company constitutes an excellent starting point for day trips in the hinterland; the sila, which is a few kilometers away, is an excellent example.
From the promontory on which the property is located, the view extends as far as the eye can see, through the verdant valley, to the splendid and crystalline Ionian Sea where you can spend wonderful days at the sea.
