IL Mandorlo, è un’azienda agrituristica BIO a conduzione familiare.

Posto incantevole, tra le alture di Amantea, fanno da cornice gli ulivi secolari e il sito archeologico del castello aragonese. Baciata dal sole, dal profumo della natura e dalla vista del mare.

L’azienda, nasce per l’amore verso la natura e dalla voglia di ritornare a prendersi cura del territorio come facevano i nostri nonni. Questo ci ha portato a non utilizzare prodotti chimici ma, metodologie Biologiche, cosi come si faceva un tempo.

Siamo riusciti con tenacia ad avere la certificazione BIO, producendo un eccellente olio(EVO) che si può acquistare sia in azienda che sul sito preposto.

La nostra azienda inoltre, è anche Bed & Breakfast. Offre un’abbondante colazione da servire sia nella sala adibita a questo servizio o durante la bella stagione a bordo piscina.

La struttura, è dotata da ampio giardino, area attrezzata per camper, posti tenda e fattoria didattica, dove in quest’ultima si possono ammirare, un’antica molazza in granito proveniente dall’altopiano Silano per la molitura delle ulive, ed una pressa in legno di quercia ultra centenaria, lavorata a mano da maestri falegnami, utilizzata per estrarre l’olio attraverso i fiscoli.

Enchanting place, among the heights of Amantea, are framed by the centuries-old olive trees and the archaeological site of the Aragonese castle. Kissed by the sun, the scent of nature and the view of the sea.

The company was born out of love for nature and the desire to return to take care of the territory as our grandparents did. This has led us not to use chemicals but biological methodologies, as they used to do in the past.

We have managed with tenacity to have the BIO certification, producing an excellent oil (EVO) that can be purchased both in the company and on the site in charge.

Furthermore, our company is also a Bed & Breakfast. It offers a hearty breakfast to be served either in the room used for this service or by the pool during the summer.

The structure has a large garden, an area equipped for campers, tents and an educational farm, where in the latter you can admire an ancient granite mill from the Silano plateau for the milling of olives, and a press in ultra-centennial oak wood, handcrafted by master carpenters, used to extract the oil through the fiscoli.
