"Il panificio "Grani Antichi" di Stalettì nasce dal piacere di riportare in tavola i sapori di una volta, fatti di genuinità e tradizione. Alla base di tali ideali vi sono il grano duro Senatore Cappelli, un grano antico che è stato mantenuto puro negli anni, ed il lievito madre tramandato da generazione in generazione.
Il panificio offre una vasta gamma di prodotti da forno, dal pane di grano Cappelli macinato a pietra ai taralli con semi di anice tipici della costa ionica.
Non mancano le sfiziosità come la "Pitta di patate", il pane alle olive, ai cinque cereali, pizze, brioches, frolle di alta qualità e dolci tipici a seconda delle stagioni e festività."

"The" Grani Antichi "bakery in Stalettì was born from the pleasure of bringing to the table the flavors of the past, made of authenticity and tradition. At the base of these ideals are the Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, an ancient wheat that has been kept pure in the years, and the mother yeast handed down from generation to generation.
The bakery offers a wide range of baked goods, from stone ground Cappelli wheat bread to aniseed taralli typical of the Ionian coast.
There is no shortage of delicacies such as "Pitta di potatoes", bread with olives, five cereals, pizzas, brioches, high quality shortbreads and typical sweets according to the seasons and holidays.
