Si può godere di una vista davvero piacevole sulle colline e montagne circostanti e sulla costa jonica.Agriturismo, a conduzione familiare, prende il nome dal luogo geografico. Infatti la leggenda vuole che in questa parte del paese, zona collinare di Rossano (CS), sia passato ed abbia soggiornato per qualche settimana San Francesco di Paola, santo patrono della Calabria. Da qui il nome alla contrada per l'appunto San Francesco. Nelle vicinanze vi è anche la Contrada Spina Santa. Anche in questo caso la leggenda vuole che il Santo passando con i sandali si sia punto ad un piede. Da qui il nome alla Zona.La famiglia Falco è una delle storiche Famiglie Nobili di Rossano. Documenti storici attestano e dimostrano tramite gesta e azioni nobili lo splendore d'animo di cui questa Famiglia è dotata. La bontà, l'onestà e la cortesia tramandate da generazioni, fanno sì che il concetto di ospitalità sia ben concepito e sviluppato nella struttura ricettiva.
